Citizens Rights Under Title VI

Ray County Transportation, Inc. dba Direct Transit operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by any unlawful, discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Direct Transit.

Any person who believes he or she, individually, or as a member of any specific class of person, has been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin, may file a written complaint with:
